HRBilling us for 10 users without heads up and rejecting to remove our card Several times our team was divided into divisions, and as owner of account I didnt have access to all projects. Customer support agreed that we had many tech difficulties because of their error - so they suggested to extend our trial period. Then they didnt extend our trial period and we were billed. We asked for refund and to remove our bank card from system. That was ignored - even though we contacted customer support more than 10 times. Later, we agreed to pay monthly for premium for 3 users. Asana charged us for 10 users, without heads up, without explanation. They refused to refund us again, and our request to remove card is still being ignored. This is scam!

MXTons of features with a clean UI I love that Asana is free for small companies like mine. I'm a solo freelancer and don't need a lot of features. But Asana offers a ton of features and I love the UI. Some other 1,2,3 star reviews here talk about pricing problems. The only thing about Asana I don't like is their billing model. If they would remove the 3 user minimum I would actually pay for it. But I'm a freelancer so it doesn't make sense.

ITSpammers. Spammers. Your clueless website is sending loads of unsolicited e-mails to me only because somebody I don't know mistakenly indicated me as their collaborator. Those e-mails have no option to unsubscribe the flood of spam e-mails, which I believe is unlawful, by the way. I even tried to contact you, to no avail. Stop harassing me.

GBNew customer struggling and on their own We are new to Asana and trying to understand how to integrate this solution into our organization. We can't get responses back from them from either the sales or support teams. Both say it's the others area. They have no customer success management program for current customers and seem focused totally on sales. Based on their financial results, this seems to be a key missing component to their solution.
