Great Experience Great Experience! I've been with PlaybookUX for a few years now and I've already felt that my voice is heard as a tester. It is easy to use and as long as you have access to a mobile phone/laptop and internet you can use this app. PlaybooxUX recently transition over to a new dashboard system. There's still room for improvement, particularly a way to alert me via email when there's a new study. I think I've missed a lot of opportunities because of that. Other than this, my experience with PlayBookUX has been great.

PlaybookUX is great for understanding… PlaybookUX is great for understanding what people like and don’t like about your website. I use it to make product decisions and features decisions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to conduct interviews and unmoderated research, for which I use it to run about 3 studies per month. Ali from customer support goes out of her way to help which does not go unnoticed!!
