I highly recommend it to anyone looking to conduct interviews and unmoderated research, for which I use it to run about 3 studies per month. Ali from customer support goes out of her way to help which does not go unnoticed!!

DETakes ages to review initial test Takes ages to review initial test, only to ask for doing another one. As I'm experienced and well rated in many companies, I know my capabilities and my suspicion is that they are trying to get unpaid labour that way, which is shameful.
