I use their web and prototype testing at least one a month to validate. There's nothing better than hearing people talk about the things they like and dislike about your designs!

Great Experience Great Experience! I've been with PlaybookUX for a few years now and I've already felt that my voice is heard as a tester. It is easy to use and as long as you have access to a mobile phone/laptop and internet you can use this app. PlaybooxUX recently transition over to a new dashboard system. There's still room for improvement, particularly a way to alert me via email when there's a new study. I think I've missed a lot of opportunities because of that. Other than this, my experience with PlayBookUX has been great.
