Ominous for now My feeling about this site is that by the time you have completed the initial questionnaire then told that this test is not suitable for you they have already gained valuable information from the questionnaire, so it's kind a of a free survey for them. So it may be as one said earlier free labor. A bit ominous for now until I've delved a bit deeper.

Since using, we’ve been able to totally revamp our internal products. They make my life way easier than other research tools.

Great Experience Great Experience! I've been with PlaybookUX for a few years now and I've already felt that my voice is heard as a tester. It is easy to use and as long as you have access to a mobile phone/laptop and internet you can use this app. PlaybooxUX recently transition over to a new dashboard system. There's still room for improvement, particularly a way to alert me via email when there's a new study. I think I've missed a lot of opportunities because of that. Other than this, my experience with PlayBookUX has been great.
