Top line software for UX research Top line software for UX research. You can use their participants or bring your own and the cost is reasonable. It's cool how they show you interesting quotes from the sessions. It makes coming back to the project much easier. Also, great for collaboration with team members and clients.

Just loosing time I have been on PlaybookUX for almost a year. If thinking back 5 months ago, there were 1 or max 2 tests per month which was still ok. But in th elast 5 months there were no tests at all. I keep the page open at all times during the working day and no test is poping up. I wrot etwice to the support and I only get generic email saying that it depends on demographics. Its time to close it down.

Good site, low quality testers The site is quite good, easy to use, in general it's a powerful platform. The only issue is low quality testers, for every good one there seems to be many bad one, rushing through tests, skipping questions... Maybe just my experience.
