GBSteer far and clear They will promise you that their service can do everything you need but as soon as you realize they lied and they cannot hold up what they promised, apparently it’s too late to receive a refund because it is no longer the same day you signed up. It hasn’t even been a month - it’s been 8 days and the service was never used. Steer far and clear from OOMA. They will lie and steal your money.

GBGood service and support so far! Our office switch to Ooma about 2 months ago. While in the beginning, there were a few "hiccups", overall, the service and support has been great. Our sales person was extremely helpful in setting up our system and the support team has been professional and friendly any time I have had an issue. ... and, we are saving significantly over what we were paying to AT&T.

GBOoma does not care about customers I was offered a chance to sign up for a free Ooma account as part of a package deal with T-Mobile. When things went wrong with T-mobile, I canceled my account and returned their equipment. When the Ooma equipment arrived, I called to ask for a return label; I hadn't opened the box or used the equipment. The customer service rep refused to send me a label, and we ended up having to pay nearly twenty five dollars to ship it back! I think this is very poor customer service indeed!

CATOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY. STAY AWAY. Horrible sound quality. They automatically sign you up for premier service and start charging your credit card for that after the first 3 months. Then when you try to cancel in the online account, the only option you are given is to call customer service to change\cancel service. But the customer service hours are very limited.

GBExcellent from sales to service From sales to service, I've had zero negative experience with them. I've had the service for three months now and so far we've had no problems with the system. And my one call to customer service so far was easy and I had my answer. I've just heard from other colleagues about the problems they're having with their particular VoIP system. Ooma - so far so good. And the email sent for each message is invaluable for me.
