GBdishonest retention tactics. This company has very poor customer service, which led me to switch to another carrier. Process, I was bullied and threatened into not canceling. I still do not have the promised receipts. I have tried to get in touch with the supervisor. There's been a long hold times and then the line disconnects and then they've tried to cancel the service before the porting is complete, which would mean that I lose my numbers. I've also asked for a copy of my terms and conditions, and was hung up on.

GBIt is good for small businesses We have used Ooma for our small business for over 15 years. Overview: the service is good for small businesses with limited phone budgets. It is not suited for call center-type businesses where many lines are needed and with "auto-assignment" of inbound calls. Now the details: The reasons we stuck with its service are many: low price, ease of adding extensions, phone functionalities like forwarding, and digital reception, and it is painless to move the lines to new offices. The reason for one less star is, even though the support team tries hard to help when there are issues, there are big gaps in knowledge and experience among the team members.

GBGood service and support so far! Our office switch to Ooma about 2 months ago. While in the beginning, there were a few "hiccups", overall, the service and support has been great. Our sales person was extremely helpful in setting up our system and the support team has been professional and friendly any time I have had an issue. ... and, we are saving significantly over what we were paying to AT&T.

CAI ported my number to another provider… I ported my number to another provider and Ooma kept charging me for the non existing service. Thats their policy. Stay away from Ooma, they will rip you out.

GBSteer far and clear They will promise you that their service can do everything you need but as soon as you realize they lied and they cannot hold up what they promised, apparently it’s too late to receive a refund because it is no longer the same day you signed up. It hasn’t even been a month - it’s been 8 days and the service was never used. Steer far and clear from OOMA. They will lie and steal your money.
