Once Ooma Always Ooma Ooma is happy to sell you phones never telling you that even though you purchased the phones you don't actually own anything but a paperweight if you leave Ooma. Even if you bring your own phones their terms say that the phone can now only be provisioned to Ooma. So unless you have the capacity to manually provision phones NEVER USE OOMA!

It is impossible to cancel your subscription Very dishonest company especially one that you have to give your credit card information to and feel they can just charge whatever they would like.the salesman lied, the managers lied and the admins lied,The service is actually terrible. I have technical issues at least once a week, sometimes more. The phone doesn't ring

We've had Ooma for 11 years - now looking elsewhere. We've had Ooma for 11 years and mostly have had a positive eperience. The device has failed and even though I was able to order a new device with overnight delivery, I cannot install it under my existing account without calling in during weekday hours. That leaves the entire weekend without phone service even though I have a replacement device ready to go. Very poor service. They should have 24 hour service 7 days a week for this. The directions should be readily DIY with instructions on the website. Big disappointment. Will spend the weekend reviewing other providers.

TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY. STAY AWAY. Horrible sound quality. They automatically sign you up for premier service and start charging your credit card for that after the first 3 months. Then when you try to cancel in the online account, the only option you are given is to call customer service to change\cancel service. But the customer service hours are very limited.

Steer far and clear They will promise you that their service can do everything you need but as soon as you realize they lied and they cannot hold up what they promised, apparently it’s too late to receive a refund because it is no longer the same day you signed up. It hasn’t even been a month - it’s been 8 days and the service was never used. Steer far and clear from OOMA. They will lie and steal your money.
