terrible service I tried to have a professional installation. No one showed up, no equipment arrived. I spent two hours on the phone trying to talk to someone, never could get pass your stupid auto noticed system so cancel both phone and internet and went with charter

Excellent Tech Support from Joshua Pedroza! Josh Pedroza was awesome! Best tech help I have EVER received. He is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and totally efficient. I have never experienced such efficiency with any other installer ever. He makes AT&T look good. Thank you Josh!

The worst move I have ever experienced with AT&T. AT&T has become the worst in customer service, customer support, customer anything. I would leave and never return to your service or the "forced" services or Direct TV. As long-term customer of over 12 years, including wireless, you will see me slowly as I can get out of my obligations, will be changing providers and carriers. Having a company that thinks the best way to be is the biggest, well you're wrong. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and the real losers your customers. But then when you are that big, who the hell cares. There's another sucker born to fill a slot.

Worst possible service. No one showed to complete the service that was requested, no one called to explain and reschedule at all. I tried literally 5 times on the scheduled date to contact AT&T to check the status, and was on hold each time for 10 minutes before the automated system disconnected. The day after, I called again and this time I was on hold for almost 40 minutes until I chose to disconnect the call.

Complete incompetence Almost all aspects of the sale of ATT services were bungled by a nice, but absolutely clueless salesperson. Installation dates, types of service ordered, and especially the phone number to be ported to my new account were all completely wrong. Correcting ATT's mistakes cost me $50 out of my pocket, 10 days without phone service, and another half day off work to wait for the installation guy. No stars. Not at all pleased.
