my first review ever. Hi to whom it may concern I'm LaToya I paid for att service over two weeks ago and I still don't have my service I'm so disappointed at this point I'm staying calm. Why is it that people pay there money for something and it takes technician forever to install the service.But if we late with the payments there quick to disconnect🙏🙏🙌💃🚹🙋

The worst experience EVER! I have been an ATT client for over 20 years. I have never seen such bad service from a company. I've been trying to UPGRADE my service and it has been a hassle. They've cancelled my appointment at home twice without even letting me know why. Every time I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, no one is available. This problem has been going on since March. Still no positive outcome to my issue. If I could, I'd switch companies in an instant.

Took from Friday until Wednesday for landine connection! I got disconnected twice, rerouted countless times and come to find out, it's because none of the reps, except for the last two, put the apartment number on my elderly dad's order! Ridiculous, that I should have to spend that much time, trying to get my dad's phone hooked up. He was just out of the hospital from a double amputation and no way to contact him! Finally I got two women, willing to do their jobs and he got home phone service. Thanks to the last two women I dealt with! Frustrating!

The worst move I have ever experienced with AT&T. AT&T has become the worst in customer service, customer support, customer anything. I would leave and never return to your service or the "forced" services or Direct TV. As long-term customer of over 12 years, including wireless, you will see me slowly as I can get out of my obligations, will be changing providers and carriers. Having a company that thinks the best way to be is the biggest, well you're wrong. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and the real losers your customers. But then when you are that big, who the hell cares. There's another sucker born to fill a slot.

Most Difficult Experience to Simply Move AT&T Phone Service So after 5 phone calls to AT&T to do something as simple as a move of existing service to a new address, which also requires changing the phone number, there is exactly the same revolving door. I know the new number and the expected service date, but "There is a problem with processing your order". As a stockholder, this is the worst possible customer service ever imaginable. Maybe they really want people to change service providers.
