GBComplete incompetence Almost all aspects of the sale of ATT services were bungled by a nice, but absolutely clueless salesperson. Installation dates, types of service ordered, and especially the phone number to be ported to my new account were all completely wrong. Correcting ATT's mistakes cost me $50 out of my pocket, 10 days without phone service, and another half day off work to wait for the installation guy. No stars. Not at all pleased.

GBWow....customer service SUCKS Thought I signed up for service then I get an email telling me my service cannot be processed. I call, wait on hold for 15 minutes and then a lady answers who breathes SO loud into the phone I can barely hear what she is saying (nor can I understan her broken english) over the LOUD background noise of the call center she is obviously in. Horrible. Had to be transferred 3 times before I had to hang up because I was on a time constraint. Very disappointing!

GBnothing but inferior information, and installation. Customer services in all departments is inferior. Placed on hold so many times and for long periods of time as I awaited information. Xfinity is far superior in internet, television, and phone services. I left Xfinity-Comcast due to their billing methods. Was a loyal customer for several years until our bill reached over $300 a month. Consumers are at the mercy of technology. We will keep looking for other options.

GBmy first review ever. Hi to whom it may concern I'm LaToya I paid for att service over two weeks ago and I still don't have my service I'm so disappointed at this point I'm staying calm. Why is it that people pay there money for something and it takes technician forever to install the service.But if we late with the payments there quick to disconnect๐๐๐๐๐น๐
