USterrible service I tried to have a professional installation. No one showed up, no equipment arrived. I spent two hours on the phone trying to talk to someone, never could get pass your stupid auto noticed system so cancel both phone and internet and went with charter

USService tech awesome Service tech was going to miss the initial window. Not only did I receive an updated text from company, but he personally called both of my contact numbers and left messages. I was not home when he installed, but my son said he did great job. He also followed up with another call/voicemail to me to ensure all was good. Very impressed with the customer service.

USmy first review ever. Hi to whom it may concern I'm LaToya I paid for att service over two weeks ago and I still don't have my service I'm so disappointed at this point I'm staying calm. Why is it that people pay there money for something and it takes technician forever to install the service.But if we late with the payments there quick to disconnect๐๐๐๐๐น๐

USMy service from Apr. 1 to now I am disappointed that I have had to have 2 additional calls to get the services working properly. Getting knocked off line still occurs ..... It happened at 7:34 pm and also shortly thereafter interrupting the feed of the hockey game. Yes I am wondering if I made a a bad choice.
