Better Installation Dates & Times Are Needed To schedule an installation date for cable and internet appointment is very difficult. I work 5 days a week from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. AT&T does not offer in person installation services after 5 p.m. nor have enough workers to have an installer come on a Saturday or a Sunday. When I call into the AT&T quite a few operators do not speak English clearly nor understand my request. May I suggest AT&T hire mor cable and installers to met the growing demand for , after hours, Saturday and Sunday services for customers who have other obligations such as work. Far as workers who have limited English I would provide training for workers and/or hire individuals where English is their first language.

Worst possible service. No one showed to complete the service that was requested, no one called to explain and reschedule at all. I tried literally 5 times on the scheduled date to contact AT&T to check the status, and was on hold each time for 10 minutes before the automated system disconnected. The day after, I called again and this time I was on hold for almost 40 minutes until I chose to disconnect the call.

my first review ever. Hi to whom it may concern I'm LaToya I paid for att service over two weeks ago and I still don't have my service I'm so disappointed at this point I'm staying calm. Why is it that people pay there money for something and it takes technician forever to install the service.But if we late with the payments there quick to disconnect🙏🙏🙌💃🚹🙋

My service from Apr. 1 to now I am disappointed that I have had to have 2 additional calls to get the services working properly. Getting knocked off line still occurs ..... It happened at 7:34 pm and also shortly thereafter interrupting the feed of the hockey game. Yes I am wondering if I made a a bad choice.

U-Verse Internet & Phone The installation was on time and fast. Installer answered all my questions. He connected some of wireless devices. I had some operator error after his departure but he left me his phone number. He answered right away and solved my problem. Great technician/installer.
