GBnothing but inferior information, and installation. Customer services in all departments is inferior. Placed on hold so many times and for long periods of time as I awaited information. Xfinity is far superior in internet, television, and phone services. I left Xfinity-Comcast due to their billing methods. Was a loyal customer for several years until our bill reached over $300 a month. Consumers are at the mercy of technology. We will keep looking for other options.

GBMost Difficult Experience to Simply Move AT&T Phone Service So after 5 phone calls to AT&T to do something as simple as a move of existing service to a new address, which also requires changing the phone number, there is exactly the same revolving door. I know the new number and the expected service date, but "There is a problem with processing your order". As a stockholder, this is the worst possible customer service ever imaginable. Maybe they really want people to change service providers.

GBWow....customer service SUCKS Thought I signed up for service then I get an email telling me my service cannot be processed. I call, wait on hold for 15 minutes and then a lady answers who breathes SO loud into the phone I can barely hear what she is saying (nor can I understan her broken english) over the LOUD background noise of the call center she is obviously in. Horrible. Had to be transferred 3 times before I had to hang up because I was on a time constraint. Very disappointing!

GBTook from Friday until Wednesday for landine connection! I got disconnected twice, rerouted countless times and come to find out, it's because none of the reps, except for the last two, put the apartment number on my elderly dad's order! Ridiculous, that I should have to spend that much time, trying to get my dad's phone hooked up. He was just out of the hospital from a double amputation and no way to contact him! Finally I got two women, willing to do their jobs and he got home phone service. Thanks to the last two women I dealt with! Frustrating!
