SGeSims for Vietnam don't work I bought 2 eSims 5Gb for Vietnam for my mussus and myself. Mine was activated on the first day but my missus's would not until the second day in Ho Chi Minh City. We have the same Samsung mobiles and same settings. The staff was responsive but the eSim just would not work for the missus but the connection came on miraculously on the 2nd morning upon arrival. Frankly we were not sure how good the eSims were as we were spending our first 4 days in a national park and had no need to use the Internet. We only found out the eSims were bad in the city in the last 4 days in Ho Chi Minh city. The connection was patchy at best and non existent most of the time. One evening we took the ferry across the river from the Can Gio Mangrove forest to the city and the connection was dropping in and out that we could not hail a ride to take us back to the hotel. Fortunately after walking for 500m along the main road a passerby told us about the free WiFi in the supermarket and we managed to get a Grab. I sent a stinker to Globalyo and my missus bought a local Sim for the next 2 days. They did not respond to my outrage. Globalyo is a disgrace and must be avoided however cheap they sell their eSims.

SGThe data sim doesn't work at all The data sim doesn't work at all. First there was an expiry issue where they take the date of purchase as the date of activation. I purchased a 15 days esim package even before my trip begins. The team say they have fixed it. However, when I reached Lima airport in Peru and tried to activate, it doesn't work! I had to purchase a local sim card. What a waste of money. I wish to request for a refund and have even prepared all the screenshots as evidence that the esim didnt work and I need to purchase a new sim card. I hope the customer team will get back to me with a satisfactory resolution. Edit: I did not receive any form of contact, be it message in the app or email and I am still waiting for a reply. BOEsim not working This is the second issue i had with global yo. I purchased a South America esim which worked perfectly, until I reached Bolivia. The esim should work in all South American countries but clearly not. I have reached out to their customer support but have had no response for almost 5 days now. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

GBNo service with global eSim purchased I purchased a global esim and had No connection or service in those countries listed under the esim purchased! Is this a scam!? Convinced. Utterly appalled by this service and may not consider using again. Have tried contacting via tickets with no replies too. Please help and refund.!

INI bought an esim to use for india I bought an esim to use for india. I tried to use the E-Sim qr code to activate. It went half way through the installation and Failed. Then It said that the qr code was used already. customer service is a joke and doesnt redpond. you just get kicked out of the chat. Absolute waste of money.
