Wish I'd checked reviews first been 15… Wish I'd checked reviews first been 15 days and still awaiting my refund. Tried on all media platforms and on app live chat and no answer I also did email with no reply to that also now at 18 days no refund as of 15/04/24

E-sim not working with no customer service available Unfortunately after buying multiple packages none of them work as I don't have any network! It is impossible to speak with customer service either on the app, chat or email and I have difficulties asking for help/ refund! Extremely frustrated by the experience so will not recommend the service as if anything happened you won't get any help!

I’ve bought a eSIM for Brazil Scam I’ve bought a eSIM for Brazil, when I got there doesn’t work!! No support at all, no one is answering, no chat support, no email response. I think this is a scam project. I believe I’ve lost my money on nothing.

I bought the global esim 3 times and… I bought the global esim 3 times and the first one worked just fine but then the second one didn’t work and i bought a third one because i really need it and it didn’t work im very disappointed and there’s no response back from them to give me a refund i hope this problem gets sorted +23037793581652 that’s my number in the app i need a solution. eSims for Vietnam don't work I bought 2 eSims 5Gb for Vietnam for my mussus and myself. Mine was activated on the first day but my missus's would not until the second day in Ho Chi Minh City. We have the same Samsung mobiles and same settings. The staff was responsive but the eSim just would not work for the missus but the connection came on miraculously on the 2nd morning upon arrival. Frankly we were not sure how good the eSims were as we were spending our first 4 days in a national park and had no need to use the Internet. We only found out the eSims were bad in the city in the last 4 days in Ho Chi Minh city. The connection was patchy at best and non existent most of the time. One evening we took the ferry across the river from the Can Gio Mangrove forest to the city and the connection was dropping in and out that we could not hail a ride to take us back to the hotel. Fortunately after walking for 500m along the main road a passerby told us about the free WiFi in the supermarket and we managed to get a Grab. I sent a stinker to Globalyo and my missus bought a local Sim for the next 2 days. They did not respond to my outrage. Globalyo is a disgrace and must be avoided however cheap they sell their eSims.
