VNI paid for their foxit editor I paid for their foxit editor, full price, plus a sneakily added "Upgrade Assurance" - which I don't want. How do I try and reverse this? There is no way. I should have just downloaded a hacked version because that offers no support too. My bad.

IEI created a Trustpilot account… I created a Trustpilot account specifically for this. Their PDF reader is more difficult to remove than most malware, even though this software is well over a decade old.

GBFoxit customer is garbage-and I even bought a service upgrade I bought Foxit pdf editor and paid an extra $30 for 24/7 human support. Total crap, they never answer their phone and don't call you back. The program itself is very buggy (pdf editor v 13), and is neck in neck with Adobe for the crappiest product ever. I would avoid Foxit at all costs.

NZTerrible company Terrible company. Buy a licence and then software updates and you are required to buy a new licence and it wont let you continue using the old software. Avoid wasting your money on this company that is obvioudly devois of any morale compass.

GBNot worth even one star Not worth even one star despite being used for over a year. The real problem started with a machine upgrade at which point I discovered that the registration code didn't work because the original version was no longer downloadable. After some digging I found a page on the support website that "converted" old codes to new, but my original code was declared invalid, despite being printed on the invoice. No access to support either, no human support, no available office in the UK. Forget it, I'll find something else.
