There is no other PDF Compression/Conversion Software like this. The software worked excellently and converted my .TIF files to .PDF and retained my folder structure. I was unable to find any other software with these batch features that was anywhere near a reasonable price. This was performed on a server with over 170,000 files and over 1700 nested folders. Overall there were only 2 errors, and those resulted from a corrupted source document. Great software!

loved foxit pdf pro but ! used to love foxit pdf pro, did everything we need. Bought many licences. now; constant vulnerabilities flagging up on all our security software, all high. Regardless of upgrade to new versions and clearing it up, within weeks more are found. Plus; they no longer allow direct purchase unless you have an email battle with them, all they want is subscription. It should be a standalone purchase and that should include all free upgrades on any security issue. For the last time now I uninstalling every licence and going to have to move to adobe.

No customer support available No customer support available Our company with 20+ licenses is a Foxit Customer and we have neither received support through a phone line or the chat function. This is the worst value for money we have seen in years; would not recommend.

I paid for their foxit editor I paid for their foxit editor, full price, plus a sneakily added "Upgrade Assurance" - which I don't want. How do I try and reverse this? There is no way. I should have just downloaded a hacked version because that offers no support too. My bad.

Utter Disappointment... THEY AREN'T RELIABLE I'm utterly disappointed with this company after 5 years as they seem to have broken their promise with their customers who made a ONE-TIME purchase of 159$ with PERPETUAL LICENSE to full features for Foxit Phantom, namely 9.10.5096. By the way, this is the ONLY version that open my files. Upper versions act up and shut down with sound-embedded heavy files of 15-60 MB. As of JAN 30, 2022, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO PROTECT any of my PDF booklets because they are pushing for paid Foxit Application Subscription. I paid for this right with a perpetual activation and now, they are doing this to me. I'm a teacher teaching online and I can't do any encryption anymore. I can't continue my classes because of this and have to postpone them. I'm at a great loss. Rights from the Original License are...
