GBPaid full price for licensed product, got ripped off Paid full price for licensed product - $160, then less than a year later the version is obsolete and they want me to pay another $160 - no upgrade path, no discount for current users. Just a money grab rip off

GBNo customer support available No customer support available Our company with 20+ licenses is a Foxit Customer and we have neither received support through a phone line or the chat function. This is the worst value for money we have seen in years; would not recommend.

GB'Free Trial' was a scam 'Free Trial' was a scam! entered my payment details to try the product for 7 days - it wasnt for me so I cancelled within a couple of hours of downloading it. They took my money anyway. I contacted them numerous times to politely request my money back with proof of my cancellation and got nowhere. eventually had to go through paypal to get them to get my refund which they duly did for me. Thank goodness I used Paypal to pay! Terrible treatment by a company that couldnt care less.

TRUtter Disappointment... THEY AREN'T RELIABLE I'm utterly disappointed with this company after 5 years as they seem to have broken their promise with their customers who made a ONE-TIME purchase of 159$ with PERPETUAL LICENSE to full features for Foxit Phantom, namely 9.10.5096. By the way, this is the ONLY version that open my files. Upper versions act up and shut down with sound-embedded heavy files of 15-60 MB. As of JAN 30, 2022, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO PROTECT any of my PDF booklets because they are pushing for paid Foxit Application Subscription. I paid for this right with a perpetual activation and now, they are doing this to me. I'm a teacher teaching online and I can't do any encryption anymore. I can't continue my classes because of this and have to postpone them. I'm at a great loss. Rights from the Original License are... Licensed to: Scilang Institute License Modules: General, ProEditing, IFilter, DocProcessing, FormDesigner, CertifyDocument, RMSprotector, Editing, Protection, Recognition, PDFAEXvalidation, PDFAEXconversion, RMSadvanced, Export, cPDF, ActionWizard, ECM, AccessibilityFix, WIP I might have to take legal action to sue this company unless they reply my ticket with an apology and a hotfix. GBSaves gigabytes of space on our network storage Pros: The compression works great and doesn't lose too much qulity. The OCR functionality allows us to search scanned documents, which we didn't have before PdfCompressor. We set up two watch directories, one that's used twice a week and one that's use at the end of each month. The one at the end of the month gets older files, before 2010, pulled in that need to be compressed and OCR'd. This uses up our monthly allowance of pages. Cons: Setting up the watch directories took a little bit to get right but that could be our fault for not reading enough documentation.
