GBScam Scam. Their sales staff scam people. I have email threads of legitimate lies They made false promises on what the system can do. I agreed on one price and hVe email communication confirming discounts and then somehow I owe $700 when I wasn’t supposed to be billed for 90 days

GBPresident the Vertafore rep, James, was not helpful in correcting the lack of rating issue for several companies. He even tried to claim the carriers declined the risks when no data at all transferred to the carrier websites.

GBLots of room for improvements Their mgmt system is easy to use. PL rater hasn't worked for 4 months for home and they keep wanting you to pay in full for their service. Emails to staff gets unanswered after multiple times. Like those have said, seems like they are happy and quick to take money but underservicing when it comes to tech support. They said they will open endless tickets which means nothing gets done for months while you pay.

GBWorst customer service ever! Worst customer service ever!! They wait and don't respond until you call and complain about them not responding the first time. They also take forever so if you need anything done mine as well take a vacation while you wait, since it takes 2-3 days for a response.

GBRaj was very nice but my issue with… Raj was very nice but my issue with Adobe was not resolved. It would also be nice if times were scheduled so we know to block off that time to deal with computer issues
