This company does not answer the phone… This company does not answer the phone nor chat function for their customer service. Sircon is the worst of all their programs. The system is difficult to use and give multiple error messages that are due to faulty administrator functions. Avoid this company at all costs. I do not know why any Fortune 500 companies such as United Health Care would pay for such terrible platforms and service. Absolutely fails in productivity, support and any other positive areas of success.

I had not been in for a while- about… I had not been in for a while- about two years. Last itme I went in I couldn't find certain things so I gave up. I went in now and was able to move around very easy. Will definitely continue using.

President the Vertafore rep, James, was not helpful in correcting the lack of rating issue for several companies. He even tried to claim the carriers declined the risks when no data at all transferred to the carrier websites.

The product worked, but They charge you to retreive your own data The product worked, but what I am unhappy about is that it costs $1500 for me to get a back up of my data, when I want to switch providers. There was nothing in the contract about the cost of getting my data. I know another company only charged $250 for a second copy and the first was free. So in other words they are charging me for my own data. What a rip off. I wouldn't use them or recommend them, just for this reason.

Hugely over priced, clunky, time consuming! AMS 360 is by far the worst agency management system, I have worked in. I've worked in it more than once over the years and barely anything has changed. The amount of duplicate entry required to properly maintain records is atrocious. The certificate system is glitchy and missing key functions integral to how we conduct business. AMS360 is hugely overpriced and just buys up its competitors instead of doing the necessary updates to get it out of the 90s. There are cheaper and fare better out there. Keep looking.
