GBWorthless don’t waste your time I ordered a play station console Star Wars battlefront two they sent me the wrong controller for the console after being hung up on from numerous Mexicans because obviously nobody that works there speaks English fluently I get some help. The guy says I have to send my console back because it’s a package deal and they actually have the controller I said why didn’t you send it to me when you sent me the game console. why can’t you just send me the controller because you already screwed my order up not gonna wait for another one for how many more days I’m over it. I wouldn’t buy another thing off this company even if it was gift card to send somebody.

GBEmployees take advantage of customers Employees take advantage of their customers in multiple ways. They claim that you can cancel a pre-order anytime but when that time actually comes, they act like they can’t do it and proceed to keep the customers hard earned money. It should be illegal for GameStop to keep our money when asking for it back but they don’t seem to care at all. They would rather keep their ‘numbers’ high instead of valuing customer service. This is the closest thing to an evil corporation I have encountered.

GBLost 20,000 points becouse didn't update subscription. Tried them again and thay still say that I start over with my subscription to the Pro gaming magazine so I Will NOT be doing business with then anymore. With this subscription service...
