GBGameStop will steal your money and your patience. GameStop effectively stole 550$ from me. GameStop ships in branded packaging leading to delivery driver theft. GameStop quotes they take 7-10 days to help with an issue, but it’s been nearly a month. PS5 was never delivered, and GameStop claims they have a backlog of customer service issues and they cannot offer a time line for helping. GameStop will steal your money and basically ghost you when you try to get your items/refund.

GBAt first I was confused about why I… At first I was confused about why I needed to show my ID to sell them a game, but then the employee broke down word for word why they need an ID, while GameStop does it to make sure they have the info on someone just in case the item comes up as stolen, in most states GameStop is considered a Pawn Shop and has to follow pawn laws, and I my state that means you must have a valid ID to do so. Honestly so glad the employee explained it to me very well. Only issue was I wasn't getting much back for what I was selling and then the employee said that since GameStop is a business they need to make money, which is why they never give you that high of value for anything that may never sell, they need to pay the store employees, warehouse, corprate, etc., which makes sense when you understand it.

GBTHEIR CORPORATION SUCKS THEIR CORPORATION SUCKS went there to return games we traded AND THEY DIDNT GIVE IT BAKC IT SAID ON THE RECEIPT THAT YOU HAVE 7 DAYS so why you not giving it back to us??!! And then on top of that they put a disabled man so he could be yelled at and then while we were talking to him he was like “they don’t even care about us” so why work there?? GameStop will go out of business for This

GBGame Console Didnt even work Online customer service was of no help. I bought a "refurbished" Xbox Seriex X from them and the controller had unplayable levels of stick shift. Even though it was their fault, I paid over $30 to fix the problem by having the whole game system replaced... Do not buy used consoles from this company.

GBDO NOT BUY ONLINE I just bought a used PS4. It worked for less than a week then crashed. Now it makes weird noises & keeps randomly crashing. I went to initiate a refund or preferably an exchange only to discover their policy is 7 days from purchase for refunds & 15 days for exchange. I was literally 1 day past that 15 days from purchase (it took 3-4 days for delivery) and they basically replied too-bad-so-sad-no-can-do. For a $200 console there should be a much longer period of time to make sure the thing works solidly. If I could give less than zero stars, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE CONSOLES OR GEAR FROM THEM ONLINE. If it turns out to be a lemon you'll likely be out of luck getting it replaced & definitely out of luck getting a refund.
