I was sent the wrong item in the… I was sent the wrong item in the beginning of December. I emailed them and they responded right away to provide them with the order number which I did right away. Fast forward over 2 weeks and still no response from them. I emailed them two more times which were ignored. On January 11th I sent them another email about their customer service and was told in 3 to 5 business days I would receive my original item ordered and still nothing.

Pokémon 151 Ultra Premium Collection Bought a pack of Pokémon 151 ultra premium collection and the 3 promo cards were all damaged when I opened the box. After opening the packs I ended up getting nothing which I knew the risk of. The fact still remains, why are all 3 of the promo cards damaged? The gold Mew Ex has an obvious scratch at the top. Mewtwo promo is completely off centered with white edges at the back and the same goes for the other promo mew ex completely off centered AND white edges.

Oak Walk Gamestop (This is for the gamestop at Oak Walk Dr in Oakville, Ontario) I visit Gamestop once every couple of months to trade or buy. My last 2 experiences at the other Oakville location were not good. So I returned the store I originally frequented( the first change was based on distance not quality ) What a difference good customer service makes, Natasha was cheerful, engaging and helpful with my trade. The difference in approach to the 2 stores is quite surprising. I blame it on new hires or management. Nonetheless, thank you Natasha for making my day a little easier. I will surely come again.

Preorder cancelations w/o being notified Preordered a game from them five months ago for a game coming out next month. Received my confirmation email confirming the order. Come to find out at some point they up and canceled my order and never thought it was necessary to notify me. Missed out on a collector's edition due to their incompetence as it's now too late to order it again. Though I would not be ordering it through them again. Be wary and watch your preorders like a hawk.
