CAPokémon 151 Ultra Premium Collection Bought a pack of Pokémon 151 ultra premium collection and the 3 promo cards were all damaged when I opened the box. After opening the packs I ended up getting nothing which I knew the risk of. The fact still remains, why are all 3 of the promo cards damaged? The gold Mew Ex has an obvious scratch at the top. Mewtwo promo is completely off centered with white edges at the back and the same goes for the other promo mew ex completely off centered AND white edges.

GBGameStop will steal your money and your patience. GameStop effectively stole 550$ from me. GameStop ships in branded packaging leading to delivery driver theft. GameStop quotes they take 7-10 days to help with an issue, but it’s been nearly a month. PS5 was never delivered, and GameStop claims they have a backlog of customer service issues and they cannot offer a time line for helping. GameStop will steal your money and basically ghost you when you try to get your items/refund.

GBLoyal Customers Not Wanted Here I went to my local Gamestop store in Cincinnati Ohio around 9:20 pm on Black Friday. I was looking to get my son a PS5 for Christmas. With my PowerUp Rewards and Black Friday deals, I was looking forward to getting us both some nice holiday gifts. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the gate was down and the doors locked. I saw the hours posted: they read open until 10 pm. One of the cashiers came as if she were going to let me in but instead snatched the store hours page out of the window (but not before I took a picture) She never said anything to me. I called customer service and posted a complaint on BBB. Customer service said there was nothing they could do; and the Gamestop rep, while apologetic, failed to offer me a store credit for the overwhelming inconvenience. Plus, last I checked both cashiers were still working there. I feel like my time supporting your company growth should count for more than just an empty apology.

GBformer employee, dont go here. i used to work here and was a customer for over 12 years, but sadly this business is a dying business and its not just because of digital games. it seems like every year their higher ups find another way to be predatory, game/hardware warranty's, and the new "pro" membership just to name a few. sadly at this point the shop is a lost cause, just buy anywhere else.

GBI was sent the wrong item in the… I was sent the wrong item in the beginning of December. I emailed them and they responded right away to provide them with the order number which I did right away. Fast forward over 2 weeks and still no response from them. I emailed them two more times which were ignored. On January 11th I sent them another email about their customer service and was told in 3 to 5 business days I would receive my original item ordered and still nothing.
