Not honest folks. Wow, their sales people are efficient and nice. Then a third of the stuff we bought arrived broken. I asked to cancel an order, which they said they would try, but then failed, but the order showed up with the new stuff I ordered when I called to cancel so they obviously didn't try hard enough. Then try to return stuff and you'll get a few different stories and then they'll break out the bureaucratic mumbo jumbo to explain how bad they're going to stick it to you.

Fraudulently charged my credit card Fraudulently charged my credit card. Contacted company to find out who ordered merchandise on my card, what was ordered and where was it being shipped. Customer service rep would not help me, refused to escalate call, told me that Build.com has a fraud division but they don’t talk to customers. My credit card company stopped payment to Build.com. No apology or any empathy.

Build.com was only average helping to… Build.com was only average helping to order items, or at least my representative Ian, but once I ordered and paid for the items I decided on, he ghosted me. He never applied my discount and wouldn't return my calls or emails. Other representatives weren't any more helpful, just kept getting me to waist more of my time.

Cancel order without notice or reason after 3 months I placed an order 08-04-2022 and languished for over 3 months only to be canceled without my permission, no prior notice given nor reason today 11-10-2022. I complained to Build.com supervisor who told me order was canceled back in September 2022. Build.com wants me to pay again to reorder while I wait 7 days for a refund. I told them this is bad customer service nothing to do with supply chain issues since 6 door knobs are in stock. I will wait for full refund before placing re order.

I have purchased a few items from… I have purchased a few items from build.com. I have not purchased any appliances. I ordered and received a amazing kitchen sink. I was impressed with the quality. The faucet was nice as well. I have purchased small things as well such as handles on my kitchen cabinets. The items were in stock and I received the very quickly, it took only two days. I was impressed with the speed of getting my order. I have not had any orders canceled or needed to return anything yet.
