Misrepresentation of product Build listed my vanity as including a mirror. I contacted customer service to let them know I hadn't received it. After being on the phone for an hour, I was informed this was an error on their webpage but there would be no compensation or replacement item. No accountability. Will not use their service again.

Cancel order without notice or reason after 3 months I placed an order 08-04-2022 and languished for over 3 months only to be canceled without my permission, no prior notice given nor reason today 11-10-2022. I complained to Build.com supervisor who told me order was canceled back in September 2022. Build.com wants me to pay again to reorder while I wait 7 days for a refund. I told them this is bad customer service nothing to do with supply chain issues since 6 door knobs are in stock. I will wait for full refund before placing re order.

Almost non-existent customer service. Taking orders for discontinued merchandise. I TWICE spent over 40 minutes waiting on hold and nobody picked up the phone. When I did get an agent, he advised me to buy three valves that I needed for a three thousand dollar shower system that I had ordered a week earlier. Less than a day later, my shower system order was canceled. Now it will be about a month before I get a refund for about $600. in valves that I won't be able to use. Apparently, the sales person didn't know that the order was discontinued! Customer service took about an hour to come to the 'Chat", and then refused to expedite the shipping for the replacement shower system, and refused to expedite the refunds!

I am very impressed with Build.com I am very impressed with Build.com! Their easy to navigate website helped me get the proper cabinet hinges to replace the old ones. Best prices and super fast delivery! Quality hinges, no generic after market substitutes. I will be shopping here for my hardware and other household needs in the future!
