Beware - Stolen Packages at their Warehouse & Horrible Service I am a Federally Licensed Firearm dealer. I shipped a firearm legally to another dealer via their website. The package was rejected by the addressee, and being sent back to me. UPS delivered back to US GoBuy / Post Pony warehouse in Oregon. The warehouse illegally opened my package and refused to send it back. My FFL license was in the package, and I emailed it to them. Also sent them links to the ATF and UPS regarding the legalities of shipping firearms. They have refused to ship it back and just told me sorry. Really?? They are now in possession of a stolen firearm, and mail fraud for opening the package. I am so disgusted by the service I have received, primarily by someone named Felix. DO NOT SHIP USING THIS COMPANY, BEWARE AS THEY ARE THIEVES, AND SCAM ARTISTS.

Demand to upload my photo ID and picture of CC After shipping with them for 2 weeks with over 20+ packages, post pony wants to harvest my picture ID (drivers license) and picture of credit card. Without these, I cannot process shipping nor look up my shipping history. Why they need to harvest my photo ID? Be aware this company is located IN China. You don't know what they are manufacturing with these true IDs.

Lost package still lost! Lost package with no resolution! I purchased a product from an eBay seller: thoba3671 on June 7, 2021. The USPS tracking number on the package was 93001202241000000033383149. I believe the seller was sending this first class via USPS but according to the original shipper, Usgobuy; I had to get in touch with PostPony to find my missing package. The email from USGOBUY told me: "Dear Customer, Please contact serviceatpostpony.com for help. Thank you . Best Regards, Monica, Customer Service Department With NO explanation as to why I have to contact PostPony. PostPony would not help me because there was no other tracking number on the package other than the USPS number. I would not recommend your company to anyone I do business with. Lost package with no resolution!

Its a scam Its a scam. I created a label but need to void it due to error in address. It takes forever to get refund. When got that refund, they refund back to their wallet. Then I required cash out to my PayPal. And it takes forever. After several weeks, I asked them about my money, they don’t refund full amount

Sent my package to their warehouse more… Sent my package to their warehouse more than 1 month ago for a delivery to Mainland China, never heard anything back. Asked customer service at least 3 times, always been told it was due to a delay. Also checked the tracking number from the HongkongPost, nothing was on their system. I might lost my package already. No hope. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!
