GBWrong intruction and no refund They gave me wrong instructions that caused the package returned and wouldn't give me refund. Avoid if you have other options even it means more costly.

GBThey changed their website in 2020 They changed their website in 2020. I lost all my saved contacts. They need you to link your cell phone number to your account which does not work. Everyting come up in Chinese script. Its become too hard to figure this out. It worked well before they changed it now I am looking for another patform to ship from. Its good I didn't keep any balance in my account or I would have lost all my money.

GBcould be 0 star if possible could be 0 star if possible. Because this is a fraudulent company that steals your credit card and charges you when you are not notified.

GBIf you are a small business If you are a small business, I would watch out for your balances in postpony. If you ship with FedEx, they can charge you more money after your package has been shipped. I had a surcharge that was 1.5 times of what it would cost me to just go straight to UPS or a FedEx location to ship it at retail shipping cost. How can postpony charge first for discounted shipping, which was taken out of my account, then come back and say that the surcharge is almost 2x of the shipping cost? I am currently waiting on post pony to get back to me. I demanded them to do an investigation. I would love to know if there is more people out there as I am sure there is because this is the second time I was charge crazy so called surcharge fees.

GBSent my package to their warehouse more… Sent my package to their warehouse more than 1 month ago for a delivery to Mainland China, never heard anything back. Asked customer service at least 3 times, always been told it was due to a delay. Also checked the tracking number from the HongkongPost, nothing was on their system. I might lost my package already. No hope. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!
