Everyting come up in Chinese script. Its become too hard to figure this out. It worked well before they changed it now I am looking for another patform to ship from. Its good I didn't keep any balance in my account or I would have lost all my money.

Legit and inexpensive I have tried using postpony a few times to send parcel overseas. You all know usps rate is relatively high. Postpony saved me a lot $$ and I like that they are legit and reliable. I don't have any problem paying my label fee online and printing. You only need to get some custom envelops from post office, seal your parcel and send!

If you are a small business If you are a small business, I would watch out for your balances in postpony. If you ship with FedEx, they can charge you more money after your package has been shipped. I had a surcharge that was 1.5 times of what it would cost me to just go straight to UPS or a FedEx location to ship it at retail shipping cost. How can postpony charge first for discounted shipping, which was taken out of my account, then come back and say that the surcharge is almost 2x of the shipping cost? I am currently waiting on post pony to get back to me. I demanded them to do an investigation. I would love to know if there is more people out there as I am sure there is because this is the second time I was charge crazy so called surcharge fees.

It is definitely a scam It is definitely a scam. It gives you the wrong instruction to fill the express bill, and you can't check to correct your information before you pay. When you cancel one deal, they never refund the money back to you. Don't use this company.
