GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Be careful when signing up. They have a contract if broken they’ll charge you $1119.00 to pay cancellation fees. I still didn’t get my patients charts. When downloading patient charts into my computer it’s not compatible and broke my laptop. I had to buy new laptop and now I’m in collection’s because I didn’t know they have cancelation fees. I’d find another company

GBAll of Kareo and Tebra “experts” are… All of Kareo and Tebra “experts” are literally like the blind leading the blind. The representatives do not call back. SIX months of paying into this and I’ve barely been paid. Claims have NOT been sent out! I’ve done everything instructed to do. Instructions are confusing and inaccurate.

GBKareo/Tebra is the worst billing Service Kareo/Tebra is the worst billing software. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!!!! I have been trying for months to resolve getting EDI/ERA Medicare enrollments and I do not get anywhere. They refuse to let you speak to a Manager, Then when you do get through to someone they never call you back or resolve your problem. Fabiola is the worst customer service Rep. She does not resolve the issue it's going around in circles and circles and nothing is getting resolved. Then she refuses to call you back after you request a call back because she is always on a call. Excuses Excuses constantly. Still not resolved as of yet and this has been ongoing for several months. This company should be ashamed all they are interested in is billing you every month for service but they don't resolve your issues.

When we signed on to utilize Kareo through TotalABA, we were confused about some of Kareo's features. Through it all Jonathon has helped to clarify the system for us and get everything we need set up to bill our services effectively. We are so grateful for all of his knowledge and help!

Bad business owner response
GBGarbage customer service I’ll give them negative stars if I can. Garbage EHR and garbage customer service. Agent, Jubilio, was yelling on the phone, didn’t care to help and refused to resolve my situation or transfer me to a manager. Mauricio, another agent kept hanging up on me. David Salas, success coach and sales manager Christine Ly were equally horrible as they would trick you into contract then deceive you into paying $$$$$$ to end contract so they can suck your money against your will.
