USDO NOT RECOMMEND...The company has the worst customer… The company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a small business owner. They knowingly refused to refund an account that was asked to be closed over 60 days and even after calling the BBB the young lady called to follow up about the complaint and offered a blameless apology and NO REFUND since Dec. 2022

USStay away from this company - they will improperly take your money Stay away from this company. They play games and don’t fully provide the support needed to be successful. I originally signed up for auto pay and have tried for six months now to get them to stop taking the monthly payments out of my business checking account even though I’ve been issued no less than six support tickets to cancel our account and stop auto pay. Unfortunately nobody from the department who does that according to the Kareo support is ever available. Obviously they just want money, even if its not theirs to take. Terrible. They owe me 6 months worth of refunds and costs for cancellation of my business account to stop these fraudulent withdrawals.

Bad business owner response
USGarbage customer service I’ll give them negative stars if I can. Garbage EHR and garbage customer service. Agent, Jubilio, was yelling on the phone, didn’t care to help and refused to resolve my situation or transfer me to a manager. Mauricio, another agent kept hanging up on me. David Salas, success coach and sales manager Christine Ly were equally horrible as they would trick you into contract then deceive you into paying $$$$$$ to end contract so they can suck your money against your will.

USMy scheduled call with Onboarding… My scheduled call with Onboarding 7Specialist Nataka Billingsley was very productive as I needed help navigating Kareo and figuring out my next step. Mr. Billingsley was extremely helpful. I don't think anyone could have done a better job. I will miss having him as my contact person given my onboarding period is now up.

USKareo is designed for small practices , not to merge your actual systems as advertised. Kareo is not a program designed for practices larger than 2,3 doctors. The process of importing data from our present EHR and Biling sofware has been a nigthmare, data team does not have a clue on how to finish a job they quoted in $6500 to import . Poor communication and after 90 days we are required to pay for a program we cannot use ! Nor recomended if you are importing more than one system.
