USTerrible experience and onboarding Do you notice that all the recent positive reviews seem to have a distinct 'flavor' about them. Wonderful experience, my onboarder, etc? Looks like someone is doing damage control at Kareo. Well I will tell you that my "onboarder" barely knew a think about their own software, much less why it constantly lock us out. What an absolute terrible experience. I just hope I can get our money back with also seems like an uphill battle especially since it's been a few months fighting with their garbage product.

When we signed on to utilize Kareo through TotalABA, we were confused about some of Kareo's features. Through it all Jonathon has helped to clarify the system for us and get everything we need set up to bill our services effectively. We are so grateful for all of his knowledge and help!

USHorrible company with deceptive sales… Horrible company with deceptive sales practices. Was told by the sales rep that we would get a free trial period. When attempting to cancel the account without even using the software or having it setup, accounting stated that there was a 12 month contract in place. NOTHING WAS SIGNED on our end stating that we agreed to this contract. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You will regret your decision to utilize them. Find another company for your EMR use.

USOur success coach was STELLAR. Our “on boarding” experience was most certainly 5 stars. Our success coach, Mikaela Was beyond stellar. There wasn’t an email unanswered (and promptly), all questions were answered, she made us feel comfortable and “at home”, and she helped us feel confident in our process throughout this process. USThis EMR is garbage! This EMR is garbage!! Customer Service is non existent. I have not been able to prescribe medications for over 2 months. Have spent hours, average wait time to speak to a human is 40 minutes, trying to resolve this issue without success. Never have received a call back from customer service or even an email despite numerous promises to get situation resolved. Run from this Junk!!! Not worth a penny. Would rather paper chart!
