Lost thousands of dollars with this software. Not possible to terminate service on-line, and when you phone them, they tell you it will terminate, but they don't.... and you end up in collections

USKareo/Tebra is the worst billing Service Kareo/Tebra is the worst billing software. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!!!! I have been trying for months to resolve getting EDI/ERA Medicare enrollments and I do not get anywhere. They refuse to let you speak to a Manager, Then when you do get through to someone they never call you back or resolve your problem. Fabiola is the worst customer service Rep. She does not resolve the issue it's going around in circles and circles and nothing is getting resolved. Then she refuses to call you back after you request a call back because she is always on a call. Excuses Excuses constantly. Still not resolved as of yet and this has been ongoing for several months. This company should be ashamed all they are interested in is billing you every month for service but they don't resolve your issues.

USThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Be careful when signing up. They have a contract if broken they’ll charge you $1119.00 to pay cancellation fees. I still didn’t get my patients charts. When downloading patient charts into my computer it’s not compatible and broke my laptop. I had to buy new laptop and now I’m in collection’s because I didn’t know they have cancelation fees. I’d find another company

USTHE WORST BILLING COMPANY/SERVICE! THE WORST BILLING COMPANY/SERVICE!! It is nearly impossible to speak to a supervisor and do not sign the contract!!!! Once you sign it, they will not allow you terminate it without paying a full years worth. It is an absolute nightmare and the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my life.
