CAPoor Products and Replacement Services I have had my wireless headphones fail on me 3 times in a span of a year due to internal failures even when they were barely used. Plantronics does not pay for RMA shipping labels even at the 3rd occurrence and it adds up when they're $30 per return, most companies I have heard of do or at least after the first replacement. Once sent in apparently you have to call and make sure they send you a replacement, as i have had my returned product sit in the warehouse for months. My last replacement took 3 months start to finish. Don't waste your time, I have given this company more chances than I should have.

GBPoor Output Audio, Poor Customer Service, Short Warranty Bought Voyager Legacy. Quick to pair and connect with USB or Bluetooth. BUT Audio out is inconsistent and now unusable - mic input is static, clicks and unclear. Warranty was for a year only and the company 'apologized' but cannot fix or offer a replacement. For a device costing over $100 catering to the top-tier business clients, this is very poor service and product. (Poly C# 07864883)

GBDon't deal with Plantonics Don't deal with Plantonics! Without informing me, they replaced my brand new but defective Voyager with a refurbished Voyager. All they did was give me someone else's refurbished problem. I went from a brand new, expensive headset to a second hand cast off. They never told me it was a refurb but left me believing it was brand new. What a rip off! I'll never deal with them again!

GBI purchased a set of Plantronics… I purchased a set of Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 which would not connect out of the box. After talking with a tech person, I was told to return them for a replacement. However I would have had to pay for the postage. They would not budge. Fortunately I purchased them through Amazon and was reimbursed without having to pay for postage. Will not purchase another Plantronics item.
