GBI purchased a set of Plantronics… I purchased a set of Plantronics BackBeat Pro 2 which would not connect out of the box. After talking with a tech person, I was told to return them for a replacement. However I would have had to pay for the postage. They would not budge. Fortunately I purchased them through Amazon and was reimbursed without having to pay for postage. Will not purchase another Plantronics item.

GBPoor Output Audio, Poor Customer Service, Short Warranty Bought Voyager Legacy. Quick to pair and connect with USB or Bluetooth. BUT Audio out is inconsistent and now unusable - mic input is static, clicks and unclear. Warranty was for a year only and the company 'apologized' but cannot fix or offer a replacement. For a device costing over $100 catering to the top-tier business clients, this is very poor service and product. (Poly C# 07864883)

GBI had the worst person dealing with me… I had the worst person dealing with me On palntronics website its says ''easy to get replacement''... I sent my faulty item to them, heard nothing for 28 days. Then got the worst unsupportive person emailing me JONAS from Plantronics E&A Technical Support. He refused a replacement even after I provided invoices. I am sure this is against consumer law. DO NOT BUY PLANTRONICS GOODS VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR. Asking for a replacement I felt under investigation!

GBexpensive wireless headset goes to bin I got this headset Voyager FOCUS UC B825 USB-A for a little over £200 which is paired with the BT600 dongle, it has been reset many times and the firmware updated but I am still getting the 3 consecutive beeps every other second when I try to use it with WhatsApp or Teams calls. Sound is OK for YouTube or just listening to anything. Contacted their support, and tried a few things but nothing could be done, they will not replace them because the headset is a few months out of warranty which I understand, but what bothers me they will not repair them even if I paid for it, so an expensive headset will just go to the bin. Not a trustworthy manufacturer.

SGMy plantronics backbeat 505 literally… My plantronics backbeat 505 literally fell apart just after the end of my warranty. The right ear cup completely came off. When I called the Singapore hotline (Ban Leong Technologies) for support, I was told that I would get a 1-1 exchange if it was still under warranty. Since it wasn't & because I bought it overseas, the rude guy on the line promptly told me to "improve, adapt or buy a new one. Bye" and hung up. How's that for top on the line customer service.
