Awesome company After having trouble with a different company sending me the wrong battery after a long delay, it was awesome to order from this company. My order was filled quickly and the correct battery was sent. Competitive pricing was a bonus. Thanks!

Sent a Bad Battery; Phone agent claims they do not have access to database to give refund. I bought a battery at a great price...until I received the battery...it is dead and will not take a charge. Paid our IT guy to take a look and ensure that I ordered the correct battery; I did. After a 5-10 minute wait, agent claims that they do not have access to database, and that someone will have to call me back to consider refund or replacement. No resolution/resolve at this time.

Fake as hell!!!!!!! Ok guys, this is an obvious scam! Search any battery, and it will show up. I even tried 'mercedes' and ' f****ing fake', and even then a battery came up! So, guys, Fake As Hell!

The battery did not fit my computer. I kept the battery because it fit another computer in our office. I did not try to return. I have another battery on order with another vendor

Fraud alert, do not order anything from this company! I'll start by saying I was immediately suspicious when I received no email confirmation after purchase. Then, after receiving a battery that would not mate with my computer (it was advertised as a "Lenovo Battery" - even says it on the invoice - yet it’s a knock-off, imitation product), I attempted to be patient and went through the website to inquire as to how to get a replacement or have my money refunded. I did this twice over a two week period. After not getting a response, I then called the number listed on the site and left two increasingly frustrated messages (both during their alleged "business hours"). I actually got a reply to the second message - oddly AFTER their listed business hours and strategically placed during rush hour on a Friday, so I wasn't in a position to take notes or, for that matter, pay close attention since I was rushing to catch my train. On that call, however, I was told that my money would be refunded and that an email with instructions for returns would be forthcoming. It has been exactly a week since that call and neither the refund nor said email have materialized. So, I just left a message (the second of the week) informing Laptop Battery HQ that A) I will be filing a small claims court claim against them (yes, I'm willing to fly to NYC for $40 since I travel for work all the time) B) I am going to make it my mission to spread the word across the Internet about how poorly I've been treated (I even plan on starting my own, exclusive, Anti-Laptop Battery HQ blog for which I can probably parlay my many NATIONAL MEDIA CONTACTS to cover as a sort of "you'll never believe what this guy did" story that often makes people laugh) and C) I intend to call both their numbers (888-633-6855, 347-748-1478) to leave long, rambling messages EVERY SINGLE DAY UNTIL I, THE CUSTOMER, AM GRANTED MY RIGHTS TO OBTAIN A REFUND AND RETURN THE ITEM. So, thanks Laptop Battery HQ, I appreciate you giving me a new focus for the time being. Even though your shitty battery didn't work cuz it was a cheap imitation of what you told me I was buying, this will work out really well for me in the long run. By the way, anyone out there who is looking for this company, the address listed on their website is, not surprisingly, non-existent. If you want to pay them a visit in person, I suggest visiting: 616 Corporate Way, Suite 2-6309, Clarkston, NY 10989. Of course, their Facebook page lists them at "293 Redondo Brach Blvd, Gardena, CA" which is, in reality, 293 Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena, CA 90248 (310-516-0881), though the company listed on Google at that address is named K2H Group, Inc. Either way, that makes two false addresses (one on their home site, and the other on their Facebook page) and three different phone numbers.
