GBOnly worked for on day put the battery in and charged it for a day.... it only worked for one day and now will not hold a charge... very frustrating...

GBI bought a battery and it said it would… I bought a battery and it said it would be couriered within 1-3 days. It never arrived. I emailed them three times and telephoned also with no reply. I have had to demand a refund back via PayPal.

GBDo not order a battery from Laptop Battery HQ I have now received two batteries that will not work. The company was quick to respond when I reported the first bad battery. They sent a replacement quickly and asked me to put the bad battery in the mail with the label provided. However, the second battery is bad as well. I took my computer to a technician to be sure that it was not my computer. My computer is fine, but the technician could not get the battery to run the computer more than 3-5 minutes before it shut down with no warning. I have asked for a full refund. Will continue this review when I receive my refund.

GBSent a Bad Battery; Phone agent claims they do not have access to database to give refund. I bought a battery at a great price...until I received the battery...it is dead and will not take a charge. Paid our IT guy to take a look and ensure that I ordered the correct battery; I did. After a 5-10 minute wait, agent claims that they do not have access to database, and that someone will have to call me back to consider refund or replacement. No resolution/resolve at this time.

GBNever again I HAD to select at least one star to add this review. BEWARE of this company!! Actually, run the other way, now!! An error on their website caused me to end up with a battery that will not fit my laptop. The 'customer care' rep continues to say I ordered the wrong one, and that I will have to pay return shipping. I ordered it per the instructions of their website. They have the incorrect battery listed for my brand/model laptop. I have shown them proof of their error, but it makes no difference to them. I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake. In my opinion, there is NO 'customer care'. I will cut my losses, and spread word of my experience, and the POOR 'customer care'. Check the reviews/complaints for this company at BBB.org, too.
