GBI bought a battery and it said it would… I bought a battery and it said it would be couriered within 1-3 days. It never arrived. I emailed them three times and telephoned also with no reply. I have had to demand a refund back via PayPal.

GBTheir service is awful Their service is awful. My product was shipped to California and I live in Illinois. Trying to get the part I ordered. they said it was under dispute. Meaning between them and the USPS, has nothing to do with me. Still I can not get the part or my money back. Will never order from this company again. I need the battery but thank God it is not work related as many people are working from home. I gave this company a second chance as I need the battery. My second order was shipped to Michigan, note I live in Illinois. Now they are telling me they are going to look into it. How long will I have to wait to get a refund.

GBAwesome company After having trouble with a different company sending me the wrong battery after a long delay, it was awesome to order from this company. My order was filled quickly and the correct battery was sent. Competitive pricing was a bonus. Thanks!

GBThey sent me a battery that does not work as advertised. they do not answer phone, don't respond to voice mail, don't respond to email so, do NOT waste your money! Maybe it works for a couple of times but once you made your credit card payments pass a couple of months, that would be it! I used their laptop battery less than three times and I would not be able to recharged it again at all.They did not answer the phone, didn't respond to voice mail, didn't respond to email so, do NOT waste your money!

GBNever again I HAD to select at least one star to add this review. BEWARE of this company!! Actually, run the other way, now!! An error on their website caused me to end up with a battery that will not fit my laptop. The 'customer care' rep continues to say I ordered the wrong one, and that I will have to pay return shipping. I ordered it per the instructions of their website. They have the incorrect battery listed for my brand/model laptop. I have shown them proof of their error, but it makes no difference to them. I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake. In my opinion, there is NO 'customer care'. I will cut my losses, and spread word of my experience, and the POOR 'customer care'. Check the reviews/complaints for this company at BBB.org, too.
