GBTHEIR RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE… THEIR RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS HORRIBLE! POOR QUALITY YET EXPENSIVE. I AM A BUILDER AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW IF DOOR HARWARE WILL WORK WHEN DOORS ARE ON BACKORDER. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GBExpensive mistake Door knobs are pretty but very poorly made; they fall apart. Within 7 months, one glass knob just came off in my hand with very light use. (I live alone.) Customer service responded via email that “glass is not covered under warranty.” I argued that the glass knob itself is intact but came away from the metal socket. They never responded. Since then, 2 more knobs have come off.

GBLook anywhere but I recieved one item broken and one item incorrect. It cost me more to return both items than they were worth Then they never replaced the broken item .I recieved several e-mails threatening to put negative comments on my company website if I did not give them good reviews. I did not take their advice about that.

GBThey offered me a discounted price for… They offered me a discounted price for a large number of casement windows in October. My contractor retired and moved to the east coast so it took me until June to find a new guy. They offered a discounted price on June 12 and said it was a lowered price online and to order it online and when I went online to purchase on June 16 it was the usual high price. I asked about the discount and on June 19 they said oh sorry, the price is back up and so they reneged on the original and the second agreement. Not good business! I have other companies and designs to choose from. I don't like being offered a discount to help me make it affordable and then have it taken away when I'm ready to order. All they had to do was honor what they texted me.

GBLEEDS Project Success As an architect - I work on LEED certified buildings and it is usually hard to find products to use. This company has a good selection - could be improved - and I can normally find what I need. Thanks. Gretchen
