As a result of incomplete specs, you may have to return items, paying exorbitant return costs, double shipping, and dealing with non responsive customer service. Customer Service ignores all questions and issues, product specs are inconsistent and incomplete, and their returns policy is punitive. My purchase was costly, as it was back ordered, then further delayed, costing me extra dollars with my contractor. Lack of product specs resulted in non working product, and they charged me shipping both ways plus an enormous restocking fee, despite the issues I raised. Customer Service is radio silent. Terrible business. Try House of Antique Hardware instead—much better business, customer service, spec info, and reasonable dealing with returns.

Wish I'd never bought these! I spent a fortune on 6 Crystal Fluted Door Knob (Georgian Roped Plate Brushed Nickel) for our home that we are remodeling. I bought them in October but was not able to put them in until December. My construction supervisor (a master carpenter and perfectionist) installed all the handles. He told me as he installed them that the inside works were very cheaply made and not worth what I paid for them. Great! We started having trouble with the one on the master bedroom door right away. It was hard to turn. So he took it off and reinstalled it. It turned a little better, but it clicked every time I turned it. Yesterday morning I turned the knob to get out of our bedroom and it just kept turning! I was afraid I was going to have to crawl out of the bedroom window to get out. I emailed Look In The Attic customer service and they would not stand behind their product! Will said it was past the return date and there was nothing they could do. He said we probably put it on wrong. My construction supervisor has been building houses and remodeling houses for 30 years. He knows how to put on a door knob! I will never buy from them again!

Got two drawer pulls from this company… Got two drawer pulls from this company that are completely non-functional. The actual pulls won't swing out from the backplate without a fair amount of force. Emailed them expecting to be refunded for a defective product but I haven't heard back from them. I wish I would have looked at reviews and their terrible return policy before ordering.

Look anywhere but I recieved one item broken and one item incorrect. It cost me more to return both items than they were worth Then they never replaced the broken item .I recieved several e-mails threatening to put negative comments on my company website if I did not give them good reviews. I did not take their advice about that.
