LEEDS Project Success As an architect - I work on LEED certified buildings and it is usually hard to find products to use. This company has a good selection - could be improved - and I can normally find what I need. Thanks. Gretchen

Look anywhere but I recieved one item broken and one item incorrect. It cost me more to return both items than they were worth Then they never replaced the broken item .I recieved several e-mails threatening to put negative comments on my company website if I did not give them good reviews. I did not take their advice about that.

Worst customer service and a complete… Worst customer service and a complete scam. Info on their webpage is wrong. Also you can’t even leave a review on the webpage yet they have almost 5 star reviews lol. Also everywhere you look they have crappy reviews. Anyways, description was off on a product I ordered. Gets here and it’s the wrong color. They make me pay for shipping to return. Also charge me a restocking fee. For something that is their fault. Completely unacceptable and are stealing money. I wrote them explaining my frustration and no response

AVOID!! AVOID!!! Fraudulent Store If I could give zero stars I would do it with this store. Should be called "look in your wallet to see what they stole from you store" Never shipped the item I ordered, but charged my credit card. Then asked for MORE $$$ for additional shipping saying the address was incorrect - and I have a screenshot of the correct address in their form. Yelp reviews and BBB reviews also confirm this isn't the first time they have taken peoples money an never delivered the item. Avoid at all costs

Expensive mistake Door knobs are pretty but very poorly made; they fall apart. Within 7 months, one glass knob just came off in my hand with very light use. (I live alone.) Customer service responded via email that “glass is not covered under warranty.” I argued that the glass knob itself is intact but came away from the metal socket. They never responded. Since then, 2 more knobs have come off.
