CHWorst order experience I had so far. Worst order experience I had so far. Advertised: delivery mid december 2021 Then suddenly End December a few days after buying. On 24th dec update: 3 weeks until fulfilled So far it hasnt even been shipped at all… Best part in the update they say new orders will be shipped mid-january. Its the 8th today and my order from early december is not even shipped… 10th jan. Still no product and no new update nothing

GBLove my new ZenGrip Pro for my OLED… Love my new ZenGrip Pro for my OLED Switch. I know that there have been delays with shipping timelines, but just about every business on earth is facing the same struggles due to supply chain problems. Half the stuff I order on Amazon arrives late these days too. Anyway, can't thank Satisfye enough for making such a killer grip for my Switch. Love the comfortable feel and the solid fit.

GBHELP!!! ORDER #170919 Appreciate the Christmas season however my item was sent incorrect level of shipping service I paid for. The grip has come faulty and satisfye just do not reply at all since showing evidence over screen shots and video. I have had 4 grips from the company so they just don’t really care about loyalty I’m convinced, I have been a huge fan of their products. Please do what is right and resolve my issue.

GBSecond order from Satisfye aligns with other negative reviews Due to being content with the mythic zengrip pro and their standalone slim cases never being in stock, I chose to preorder the new ronin sim bundle initially advertised to ship November. Additionally I was incentivized by a preorder discount. I had to find out through reddit and reaching out to support that orders were significantly delayed anywhere from a month-7 weeks. No contact or update directly from company. Once my order was received I had the displeasure of discovering I did not receive the bundle, just the standalone grip. Support was quick to answer and ultimately offered me thumbgrips and the case “whenever” it would be in stock again, for no additional cost. After using the ronin grip for a few I hours I can safely say it’s noticeably flimsier and when the switch (oled) is attached it has a significant amount of give not seen in the pro. It also bends forward both dock models, scratches the screen, and prevents the usb ports from being used without accessories. All things not included in advertising. I wanted a refund on just the grip and even offered to forego the courtesy thumb grips for the case I wanted in the first place. Long story short, I need to do a full return and order case separately…the full price being more than my discounts on the bundle. With the experience and the consistent inconsistency with stock, quality and service, I plan to avoid this company in the future as there are plenty of more reliable options in the market.

BEFriendly customer service, just be patient. Long story short; I ordered the slim bundle which costs 50$, on top of that I paid 13$ in shipping costs. Pretty normal stuff. But customs got a hold of my product and they wanted me to pay 43$ on top of everything. I ofcourse denied and contacted the Satisfye customer support. They were so kind that they wanted to pay half the custom fee for this one time (20$), but sadly because I denied the product the local postoffice returned the product to the sender which is standard procedure. I asked them a refund and I did get it. Only my shippingcosts did not get refunded but that's normal in this scenario. In the beginning I had a bad feeling about it but they were kind, friendly and helped me out within less than a week. This is actually average to fast. As customers we get spoiled and need to remind ourselves sometimes that the standards that the huge companies offer us are not realistic, especially for the smaller to normal sized companies.
