Horrendous company Horrendous company. I placed an order for their product on Oct 9th with the promise the product would ship in November. Here we are January 3rd and STILL nothing but broken promises, perpetual lies, and continued excuses for delays. I completely understand we are in the midst of a global pandemic, but at this point there is no excuse for them having Zero customer communication and support to address/ correct this issue.

Dishonest pricing and shipping Dishonest pricing and shipping. On their website there are multiple items listed at decent prices. After adding to the cart the price jumps 20$. One item lists up to 50% off but after applying the code it was 5%. I’ve raised these concerns to the company but still no change. Secondly I ordered a case in early December with expected delivery well before Christmas. As the time grew closer no updates were give. To this point 1/4/23 I have had to reach out for updates 5 different times and they would only answer the questions they wanted without persistent follow up. I asked for a discount which was denied. I ended up canceling my order as they still don’t know when I will get it.

HELP!!! ORDER #170919 Appreciate the Christmas season however my item was sent incorrect level of shipping service I paid for. The grip has come faulty and satisfye just do not reply at all since showing evidence over screen shots and video. I have had 4 grips from the company so they just don’t really care about loyalty I’m convinced, I have been a huge fan of their products. Please do what is right and resolve my issue.

Pre ordered a oled grip no ship for months Bad customer service Pre ordered a oled grip. They took my money no problem but did not ship. I contacted them a couple times over 3 months and they kept giving me the run around and excuses that seem to be normal business for them. Finally got refund.

Second order from Satisfye aligns with other negative reviews Due to being content with the mythic zengrip pro and their standalone slim cases never being in stock, I chose to preorder the new ronin sim bundle initially advertised to ship November. Additionally I was incentivized by a preorder discount. I had to find out through reddit and reaching out to support that orders were significantly delayed anywhere from a month-7 weeks. No contact or update directly from company. Once my order was received I had the displeasure of discovering I did not receive the bundle, just the standalone grip. Support was quick to answer and ultimately offered me thumbgrips and the case “whenever” it would be in stock again, for no additional cost. After using the ronin grip for a few I hours I can safely say it’s noticeably flimsier and when the switch (oled) is attached it has a significant amount of give not seen in the pro. It also bends forward both dock models, scratches the screen, and prevents the usb ports from being used without accessories. All things not included in advertising. I wanted a refund on just the grip and even offered to forego the courtesy thumb grips for the case I wanted in the first place. Long story short, I need to do a full return and order case separately…the full price being more than my discounts on the bundle. With the experience and the consistent inconsistency with stock, quality and service, I plan to avoid this company in the future as there are plenty of more reliable options in the market.
