Ordered a standalone black Ronin grip on 11/25 and they still say it may ship today 12/19 but also may not ship then, while still having a "guaranteed two day shipping" up on their website?? There's no guaranteed shipping because they do not have the product. Do not order from here. I wish I had found these reviews before I considered placing my order.

I read a lot of great things about this… I read a lot of great things about this product online and through YouTube. It looks great, feels good but you cant use the dock like you can on other devices. I ordered the stand alone grip for my switch oled to see if i liked it and decided to order the case later but wait…you evidently cant do that…So in order for me to get the case i have to order the elite bundle and send my current grip back which i would have to pay for the shipping for the return and for the new product. I even asked if they could send me the rest of the pack and id pay the difference and shipping and was told no. This is not what I would call good business practice but its not my company. I like to buy American but I wont be buying from this company again

Liars They are sneaky, lying awful business people. Ordered a product that was delayed for 4 months, kept lying and showed on their site in stock the whole time. Rude pathetic customer service

I know that there have been delays with shipping timelines, but just about every business on earth is facing the same struggles due to supply chain problems. Half the stuff I order on Amazon arrives late these days too. Anyway, can't thank Satisfye enough for making such a killer grip for my Switch. Love the comfortable feel and the solid fit.
