GBHorrendous company Horrendous company. I placed an order for their product on Oct 9th with the promise the product would ship in November. Here we are January 3rd and STILL nothing but broken promises, perpetual lies, and continued excuses for delays. I completely understand we are in the midst of a global pandemic, but at this point there is no excuse for them having Zero customer communication and support to address/ correct this issue.

GBLove my new ZenGrip Pro for my OLED… Love my new ZenGrip Pro for my OLED Switch. I know that there have been delays with shipping timelines, but just about every business on earth is facing the same struggles due to supply chain problems. Half the stuff I order on Amazon arrives late these days too. Anyway, can't thank Satisfye enough for making such a killer grip for my Switch. Love the comfortable feel and the solid fit.

GBDishonest pricing and shipping Dishonest pricing and shipping. On their website there are multiple items listed at decent prices. After adding to the cart the price jumps 20$. One item lists up to 50% off but after applying the code it was 5%. I’ve raised these concerns to the company but still no change. Secondly I ordered a case in early December with expected delivery well before Christmas. As the time grew closer no updates were give. To this point 1/4/23 I have had to reach out for updates 5 different times and they would only answer the questions they wanted without persistent follow up. I asked for a discount which was denied. I ended up canceling my order as they still don’t know when I will get it.

GBWell this time I tried to give them the… Well this time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The same practices you read about all over Trustpilot in full effect here. This would be the fourth product I’ve ordered from them and the third time a crazy delay in shipping occurred. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to purchase from them. The original ad for the Zengrip Ronin stated shipments would be going out in October. It is now mid-December and they still haven’t delivered. This wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it were a one-off, but when it’s happened with 3/4 of the products I’ve ordered, that translates into a 75% FAILURE rate. Maybe the problem is I’ve ordered that much from them in the first place. There’s even a banner running on nearly every page of the site proclaiming 2-day shipping. Do not hold them to that, they will disappoint. Since confronting them on their Discord server, the one-star negative review of the product on their site was deleted, taking the rating from 3.7 up to 4.2 Meanwhile, my planned one-star review for some strange reason won’t post to the site. I wonder why… Last time I confronted them about this, they canceled my order without my request so I won’t be surprised if this happens again. My recommendation: Never pre-order. That is, if you decide to keep ordering at all. Update: We are now heading into January and my order hasn't even shipped. Meanwhile, support says they are sold out. You read that correctly. My pre-order that I put in for 5 months ago and still haven't received is sold out.

BEFriendly customer service, just be patient. Long story short; I ordered the slim bundle which costs 50$, on top of that I paid 13$ in shipping costs. Pretty normal stuff. But customs got a hold of my product and they wanted me to pay 43$ on top of everything. I ofcourse denied and contacted the Satisfye customer support. They were so kind that they wanted to pay half the custom fee for this one time (20$), but sadly because I denied the product the local postoffice returned the product to the sender which is standard procedure. I asked them a refund and I did get it. Only my shippingcosts did not get refunded but that's normal in this scenario. In the beginning I had a bad feeling about it but they were kind, friendly and helped me out within less than a week. This is actually average to fast. As customers we get spoiled and need to remind ourselves sometimes that the standards that the huge companies offer us are not realistic, especially for the smaller to normal sized companies.
