I kept hitting roadblocks in my knowledge and videos also started out clear and then SEO jargon above my head.

BGI'm not happy with this crowd. I'm not happy with this crowd. I've decided to subscribe to their "Professional", $39 for the first month, package. In one instance they charged me two times $39, in two separate transactions marked as "Groceries". When I raised the issue with their representative, they denied the two transactions and offered to refund me "the only $39 payment they have on their system" and keep the "subscription" on - even after I send them proof from my bank of the transaction reports for the two separate charges of $39 each marked as "Groceries". Well, that's when they stopped chatting with me and I see that the "subscription" had been cancelled immediately. But I am still short of $78. Oh, and suddenly the email address I submitted to them got bombarded with spam "reports". May be coincidence, right?

GBA decent platform with a few drawbacks The platform itself is easy to use and we appreciate the ability to automate monthly reports. However, it's frustrating to only be able to pull a monthly report on a specific date. When client meetings fall on or before this date, we are unable to pull the reports with sufficient time to prepare for the meeting. The insights provided are helpful, though it would be nice to see a bit more information on the graphs. We often pull the third page to show clients, and there isn't much information for them to grasp on their own. At the beginning of this month (March 2015), we were unable to pull reports for any of our clients. It took about two weeks for the issue to be resolved. This makes us look unprepared.

GBConcept is great; falls short Concept is great, but does not deliver. I've downloaded reports as PDFs and had them differ from the same report as a CSV file .I spoke with them today and after they updated their site, they found lots of issues. These may resolve. Customer service was a pain in the neck. Once I spoke with someone, it was fine, but no one answered for days, and email response was slow. When I sent screenshots with my issues, my email was marked spam and we went back and forth about that. The site offers a few features for free, but due to the unreliability, paying for it is no better. This site provides enough to scratch the surface, but don't expect too much from them.
