A decent platform with a few drawbacks The platform itself is easy to use and we appreciate the ability to automate monthly reports. However, it's frustrating to only be able to pull a monthly report on a specific date. When client meetings fall on or before this date, we are unable to pull the reports with sufficient time to prepare for the meeting. The insights provided are helpful, though it would be nice to see a bit more information on the graphs. We often pull the third page to show clients, and there isn't much information for them to grasp on their own. At the beginning of this month (March 2015), we were unable to pull reports for any of our clients. It took about two weeks for the issue to be resolved. This makes us look unprepared.
