I've downloaded reports as PDFs and had them differ from the same report as a CSV file .I spoke with them today and after they updated their site, they found lots of issues. These may resolve. Customer service was a pain in the neck. Once I spoke with someone, it was fine, but no one answered for days, and email response was slow. When I sent screenshots with my issues, my email was marked spam and we went back and forth about that. The site offers a few features for free, but due to the unreliability, paying for it is no better. This site provides enough to scratch the surface, but don't expect too much from them.
