Unreliable and never works properly Most of the time when you attempt to use the site its freezing, crashing, takes 10 mins to carry out a simple search, or just takes 10 mins and doesn't do anything. Terrible site that is rarely ever working properly. If you've got plenty of time to waste waiting for it to actually do something, this is for you. If you haven't got plenty of time to waste waiting for it to do something or of you don't like customer service that work 1 minute of a day, this is not for you.

Mhaw. Expensive for what it delivers. I was to download back link reports in PDF format. I contacted spyfu twice about this. No solution... Also the program just delivers US based data, you cannot drill into individual sates. Some of the competitive reports are just off. But then again it come up with some useful keywords.

The one free search result is wasted. The one free search result is wasted. Even if you key in the correct URL Spyfu messes it up somehow so that you don't get a result and have to pay. Grim strategic thinking!

Did a few free searches on the clients … Did a few free searches on the clients websites Adwords to see how accurate it was. Out of 30 of them not one "had Adwords"

Need a larger database of keywords When gathering and analyzing competitive keywords via tools such as Kombat, SpuFu is one of the best tools on the market. But my team has struggled getting baseline monthly search volume when trying to identify new keywords opportunities. We work in a niche sector so while this is not surprising, we found other tools that met these needs better.
