Terrible site that is rarely ever working properly. If you've got plenty of time to waste waiting for it to actually do something, this is for you. If you haven't got plenty of time to waste waiting for it to do something or of you don't like customer service that work 1 minute of a day, this is not for you.

In one instance they charged me two times $39, in two separate transactions marked as "Groceries". When I raised the issue with their representative, they denied the two transactions and offered to refund me "the only $39 payment they have on their system" and keep the "subscription" on - even after I send them proof from my bank of the transaction reports for the two separate charges of $39 each marked as "Groceries". Well, that's when they stopped chatting with me and I see that the "subscription" had been cancelled immediately. But I am still short of $78. Oh, and suddenly the email address I submitted to them got bombarded with spam "reports". May be coincidence, right?
