CADo you want to burn money? If you have money to blow and you want to spend double the money on a cheap piece of garbage, buying Alienware is for you! The PC case is plastic and the GPUs run as hot as a fire, which makes sense because you might as well burn your money if you buy Alienware. They give you the cheapest and slowest RAM they could possibly get their grubby hands on too. They have a R15 advertised at $4,449.99. Can't be all bad, can it? If you look at and compare the specs, you can custom build one yourself with better quality components for under $2,500.00. Their predatory behaviour on people trying to get into the PC gaming field is absolutely disgusting. It's at the point where CyberPower are whole tiers above these guys, and that's really saying something.

GBAlilenware was great back before they… Alilenware was great back before they were bought by Dell. Now they are nowhere as easy to work with and it seems like their PCs are more cookie cutter instead of the awesome custom PCs I used to get from them. I would still use Alienware but they arent the best anymore.

AUOverpriced Their products are extremely overpriced and some of the desktop PC's have had poor cooling configurations. I'd only recommend them if you're looking to buy a gaming PC and have lots of money and don't want to build your own.

GBAvoid this overpriced trash could never recommend this overpriced, overhyped garbage. There's a reason they hand these worthless laptops out free to TV show producers - even at zero this unreliable cr@p is overpriced. 3x M2 SSDs destroyed in 2 years thanks to pathetically incompetent thermal management, woeful graphics performance, stalling/freezing, failure to boot - you name it, every hallmark of a garbage machine is there to enjoy.

GBJunk laptop from point of arrival Junk laptop from point of arrival. I have a ryzen m15 alienware laptop and it's been buggy weird and overall dissapointing since i got it. It has display issues where the monitor will sleep and it pings and dings like a usb is being put in and pulled out every ten seconds. After having to wipe the entire laptop and wasting all my time now the usb doesn't recognize any usb inputs for storage. This has been the worst piece of technology i've purchased. Just a hunk of junk from the start. Realllllly dissapointed with alienware.
