AUUninstall It's a waste of computer space. I've had my gaming laptop for over a year and only used Alienware for the first time today. It serves no purpose I can see other than to disable dell client service manager randomly and without permission. If you open it it'll just sit on an updating screen for over half an hour doing nothing. It warns you not to cancel it or it'll corrupt the software. I cancelled it twice without issue. Save yourself the headache and just get rid of it. But be aware uninstalling it will take upwards of half an hour because once you uninstall one Alienware program and restart your laptop you'll still have other programs, and it's a lot like trying to extract a cancer, even if you think you've got it all, you restart your laptop and go into programs and there it still is.

GBJunk laptop from point of arrival Junk laptop from point of arrival. I have a ryzen m15 alienware laptop and it's been buggy weird and overall dissapointing since i got it. It has display issues where the monitor will sleep and it pings and dings like a usb is being put in and pulled out every ten seconds. After having to wipe the entire laptop and wasting all my time now the usb doesn't recognize any usb inputs for storage. This has been the worst piece of technology i've purchased. Just a hunk of junk from the start. Realllllly dissapointed with alienware.

GBAlilenware was great back before they… Alilenware was great back before they were bought by Dell. Now they are nowhere as easy to work with and it seems like their PCs are more cookie cutter instead of the awesome custom PCs I used to get from them. I would still use Alienware but they arent the best anymore.

CAPower in your palm - but weighs like a brick. Too heavy to be a portable - too small to be a desktop replacement. Pro: graphics power, beautiful finish - alienware at its best for a 15" Cons: only a 15" inch for a 6lb+ machine - high in price. Overall if you got money to burn go ahead. Recommendation: buy a desktop: way cheaper for gaming.
