Law Offices Of Antoinette Middleton, APC I contacted the San Diego law offices of Antoinette Middleton when I had questions related to completing a living revocable trust using NOLO's Quicken WillMaker. Via short appointment, Ms. Middleton provided clear, thorough answers to each of my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the legal issues and skilled at translating legal terms into plain English! I now have a lawyer who I rely on for any future needs and highly recommend her to others.

Awful First of all, you should be wary of a "professional" company that has an email ID in all lower case letters...and no personalized name....just the company name. Second, they decided to share internal company emails (emails a customer should NEVER be privy to) with the customer referring to the customer as 'this guy'..... Good thing though was they gave me my money back

Doesn't work--won't issue a refund The people who work there are very nice, but I'm not paying for very nice, I'm paying for leads. I've given countless consultations, and even spoken to leads who wouldn't even give me their info, because they didn't trust me. I have a very high conversion rate normally. This system just doesn't work. These people are doing internet searches for their matters because they cannot afford to hire a lawyer to do the research for them. They don't have money. They only want a free handout and help for free. I requested a refund, but they refused.

Do not use this service Was referred to a legal office by nolo and the office had never heard of them or me. They said that they didn’t even do that kind of thing. Tried to contact nolo by phone and it was a dead end smoke screen. Every option would just hang up on you. I tried to email them and it would just be retuned saying address didn’t exist. So I would say they are a fraud and don’t give them your information

Crap attorneys and the site “third… Crap attorneys and the site “third parties out” the chat section & lies about confidentiality of chats to find an attorney on the Nolo.com site. No complaint process. Your information is at risk. Volunteer nothing of your details to this mess. Run to a real legal site like AVVO and stay away from this free-for-all nightmare. Omgosh and even their response below has more lies.
