GBExcellent products that need to be fully supported in Mac OSX. Every product I have ever purchased from Nolo has proved exceptionally well written and concise. Products like Will Maker and others should be made compatible with Mac OSX, since that program has become so widely used throughout society. It's a segment of the market that cannot be ignored any longer and Nolo should step up their game to stay competitive.

GB100% would not use this attorney… 100% would not use this attorney company sent the request, even called because I never got a email/response. Was told that an attorney would reach out 3 days later still no answer much better off going with another attorney company. Complete and utter joke for attorneys!!!! They even said they would contact within 1 business day.

GBSCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM NOLO This is a scam. They take all your personal information and never call you back. Don't waste your time and definitely DON'T give your personal information away. They are selling your personal details. May 21, 2023 Update in response to NOLO's response: They never contacted me, they never resolved my issues, and they never put me in contact with an attorney. So I still continue to believe they are running a scam to collect individuals' information and sell it.

GBTerrible service Terrible service, and shady business practices. The "leads" are not well vetted at all. We were initially persuaded by a sales rep Jimmy Le, who made numerous, false claims and promises. When we attempted to follow up and address issues/concerns with Jimmy Le, he vanished, refusing to respond to e-mails. But, back to the "leads" that we received... many came from people that never requested to speak with a lawyer, were not interested in hiring a lawyer, were inquiring on behalf of someone else, etc. We've spent hours disputing leads and requesting refunds. About half of the requests were fulfilled, while the other half were denied and no refund/credit given. When you appeal the denial, they almost immediately respond upholding the denial without justification. Do not waste your money or time!

GBBait and switch Nolo is targeting PAID keywords like "low cost lawyer" and "cheap lawyer" which I can provide screenshots of. However, the two lawyers I spoke with were $595 an hour (free consultation) and $375 for just the consultation. I have no idea in whose dictionary that would meet the criteria of "low cost lawyer." Maybe if you're in the 1%. These are misleading ads and lead both potential client and lawyer to waste their time. The reviews on Trustpilot say it all. Edit: in response to their response, the point is you're using these as sponsored keywords. Don't. It's a complete lie.
