SCAM!! STAY AWAY FROM NOLO This is a scam. They take all your personal information and never call you back. Don't waste your time and definitely DON'T give your personal information away. They are selling your personal details. May 21, 2023 Update in response to NOLO's response: They never contacted me, they never resolved my issues, and they never put me in contact with an attorney. So I still continue to believe they are running a scam to collect individuals' information and sell it.

Excellent products that need to be fully supported in Mac OSX. Every product I have ever purchased from Nolo has proved exceptionally well written and concise. Products like Will Maker and others should be made compatible with Mac OSX, since that program has become so widely used throughout society. It's a segment of the market that cannot be ignored any longer and Nolo should step up their game to stay competitive.

What a useless service What a useless service! They claim to have real people in chat but they only respond with the same pre-written macros. Twice I already explained in chat and on online form where I need a lawyer, because the case is not in my state, but they keep sending me referrals for the city I live in.

He was very understanting of my situatation, helping me out a great deal by being thorough with my Amex case & being able to obtain a reasonable settlement. Awful First of all, you should be wary of a "professional" company that has an email ID in all lower case letters...and no personalized name....just the company name. Second, they decided to share internal company emails (emails a customer should NEVER be privy to) with the customer referring to the customer as 'this guy'..... Good thing though was they gave me my money back
