No Help When Needed 1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.

Total Tech Care 360 is amazing Total Tech Care 360 is amazing, I was having all sorts of issues with my computer in what they called a "reboot loop". Colby was able to get my computer fixed and working again. They have some of the greatest customer service I have ever received. Best Technician's I have ever had.
