Great Service I did not use my computer for 5 months. Somehow someone or more messed with it and I could not make it operable. Out of frustration i put it down and did not try. However,there comes a time when you need it. I talked with Mike originally and he got the ball rolling. Daniel took over on follow-up and helped me, a computer illiterate, get things up and running. Most of the time I'm able to get help… Most of the time I'm able to get help and get my computer problems resolved. Sometimes they aren't resolved completely and the full problem isn't and only partially resolved!

Highly Satisfied The two technicians who serviced my computer were highly professional and extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to have had the privilege to communicate with them. Their explanations concerning what they were doing were lucid and informative. Also, the computer experts with whom I spoke were Ermane Simone and Daniel.
