GBGreat Service I did not use my computer for 5 months. Somehow someone or more messed with it and I could not make it operable. Out of frustration i put it down and did not try. However,there comes a time when you need it. I talked with Mike originally and he got the ball rolling. Daniel took over on follow-up and helped me, a computer illiterate, get things up and running. GBMost of the time I'm able to get help… Most of the time I'm able to get help and get my computer problems resolved. Sometimes they aren't resolved completely and the full problem isn't and only partially resolved!

GBTotal Tech Care 360 is amazing Total Tech Care 360 is amazing, I was having all sorts of issues with my computer in what they called a "reboot loop". Colby was able to get my computer fixed and working again. They have some of the greatest customer service I have ever received. Best Technician's I have ever had.

GBI don't have enough superlative words… I don't have enough superlative words to describe the service I received today from Lynsee M. I have some computer knowledge but just enough to possibly cause some major damage on my own. After the "tune up" I received yesterday from Michael C and Colby I was still having issues with a gaming program that I play very often. It would not load as it did before the tune up, and I was used to the old way (can't teach an old dog new tricks). Lynsee, in her very respectful, cheerful and friendly way resolved not only that problem but another one concerning zip files. We were on the phone about 1 1/2 hours but she was so helpful and friendly that I really was not concerned about the time. I will refer Total Tech to all friends and family that need service. Your exceptional service and response in almost un heard of in in the online experiences I have had, and I do appreciate it so very much. Thank you again.
