Excellent work to get my computer back… Excellent work to get my computer back in shape and recover email. It took almost 4 hours but Colby and Rob were very nice and explained everything to me. I’m a senior and not computer savvy so Thank you for your patience.

I think they did an excellent job… I think they did an excellent job cleaning out my computer, couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with. And Cutler was very funny.

5 STARS, great techs, wonderful experience. I am so pleasantly surprised that when I accidently found Total Tech Care 360 I would get such personal service. The techs had so much patience with me and fixed every problem I had with my computer. It would have cost me so much more time and money to have a computer person come to my house and fix everything they fixed. They cleaned all the "junk" out and got my email working again. Again, thank you.

Most of the time I'm able to get help… Most of the time I'm able to get help and get my computer problems resolved. Sometimes they aren't resolved completely and the full problem isn't and only partially resolved!

No Help When Needed 1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.
